The central focus of services for CASE in Summers County is the

Hinton Center. The Hinton Center has 11 units of housing and offices for the Summers County Division of CASE.

Community Service Block Grant Programs, such as Crisis Intervention; Gardening; etc. are located in the Center.

Wheels to Work and Welfare to Work are also operated from the same location.

In addition we operate a Summer Food Program for youth in coordination with the Summers County Board of Education and Energy Express.
