CASE Monroe County provides the following programs and services through its Union, West Virginia offices:

Community Services Block Grant (CSBG)
Crisis Intervention Center
Garden Program
Food Pantry


Neighborhood Enterprise Center (NEC)
The NEC "Micro Loan Program" provides loans, business training and opportunities for networking and support to owners and perspective owners of micro-enterprises (very small businesses).

The NEC's goal is to improve the income and self-sufficiency of low to moderate income persons wishing to start a business or help with an existing business.

The "Micro Loan" Program is based in the Monroe County office and its service coverage area includes five West Virginia counties:

Monroe
Summers
Mercer
Raleigh
and Greenbrier.

Multi-Disciplinary Team Facilitation (MTD)
CASE Monroe County is part a four-county (Pocahontas, Greenbrier, Summers, and Monroe) Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Team that is essentially a court system collaboration w/:
- Department of Health and Human Services
- Action Youth Care
- Children's Home Society
- Local attorneys
- Children's Protective Services
- and Local school districts

Second Chance Clothing Store
CASE Monroe's Used Clothing Store provides a variety of items such as clothing, household items and nic-nacks for purchase.

All merchandise is donated and the store proceeds are utilized for office operations.

Weatherization Assistance Program
The Weatherization Assistance Program aids low-income families to conserve energy and make their homes safer. Eligible families may receive the following treatments, following diagnostic testing by CASE WV technicians: Heating/Furnace Retrofitting
Home insultation
- Attics
- Walls
- Floors
- Ceilings
Air Sealing/Stop Drafts
Energy Conservation Education

The Weatherization Program services a four West Virginia counties:
Mercer
Monroe
Summers
and Raleigh.

Family Day Care Food Program
The Family Day Care Food Program provides financial assistance reimbursements to individuals and facilities that provide child care in their homes. Through the program, CASE WV helps registered providers to serve nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks to children in their homes.

This voluntary program requires mandatory training sessions for providers as well as a quarterly newsletter. Program administrators also conduct both a specified level of announced and unannounced monitoring visits.

Housing
The program provides both permanent and transitional affordable housing to low and moderate-income families and individuals in a three West Virginia counties:
Mercer
Monroe
Summers.

CASE WV originates loans for new construction as well as for purchases of existing structures. It also provides financing educational support to both currently eligible and soon-to-be eligible applicants. 90% of its loan activity is for new construction.

The Hinton Center (Summers County) and the Kennedy Center (Mercer County) are the two rental/transitional housing facilities that CASE WV operates.
