Finance Director

CASEWV, Inc. is hiring a Finance Director to coordinate all financial functions of the agency. The Finance Director provides hands-on, daily oversight of all accounting systems, assures timely and accurate compliance with various funding sources and standard accounting practices, manages all fiscal reporting and auditing functions, and trains and supervises assigned accounting staff. The position maintains an active caseload of daily accounting responsibilities. The Finance Director supports the development and implementation of an agency-wide budget and provides strategic financial input into daily activities. Applicants must hold a baccalaureate degree in accounting, business, or fiscal management and have, at minimum, 10-years' experience leading accounting functions involving complex budgets and systems. CPA preferred. Master's degree preferred.

Accounting Clerk

CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for an Accounting Clerk to support various administrative and clerical tasks in its accounting department. Responsibilities will include handling cash (and other payments), recording receipts, maintaining accurate records, creating financial statements and reconciling bank statements, assisting with bookkeeping data entry, and supporting other functions throughout the department adhering to established accounting standards and procedures. Applicants should, at minimum, have a high school diploma; an associate or baccalaureate degree in accounting or related field is preferred. Commission on Aging

In- Home Providers

CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for In-Home Providers for the Commission on Aging Program to dutifully enhance the quality of life and care for Commission on Aging’s In-Home Care clients in Mercer County – assisting with personal care, housework, and transportation to appointments. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, have a dependable vehicle, and a valid driver’s license. Previous experience working in the home care field is preferred. This position is offered at part-time or full-time, scheduled depending on clients’ needs.  Work will be conducted at clients' homes. The Commission on Aging office is located in Princeton, WV.

Head Start

Assistant Teacher

CASEWV is seeking applicants for Assistant Teacher to nurture and care for young children enrolled in the Head Start program in Mercer County. Assistant Teachers in cooperation with the teacher provides a safe and developmentally appropriate environment that promotes health, nutrition and optimal educational opportunities for participating children. A high school diploma or GED is required. An Apprenticeship Child Development Specialist (ACDS) or Child Development Associate (CDA) certification and experience working in an early childhood development setting are preferred. This is a full-time, 10-month position located in Mercer.

Substitute Cook

CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for Substitute Cook to provide nutritious meals to children enrolled in the Head Start Program. Cooks prepare food for children that meets daily requirements, conducts record keeping, and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen. A high school diploma or GED is required and preferably two years’ experience in food preparation. This is a substitute position that will rotate at one of our three Mercer County Head Start locations, as needed.

MIECHV: Home Visitation

Home Visitor

CASEWV is seeking an individual passionate about making a difference in the lives of families. The Home Visitor plays a crucial role in supporting families by providing in-home services that promote child development and family well-being. This position provides comprehensive child development services, in the home environment, including support of the parent / child relationship though education focused actives, home visits, group socialization, case management and family advocacy. The ideal applicants will have Home-Based Child Development Associate (CDA) or Apprenticeship for Child Development Specialist (ACDS) certification, or equivalent coursework as part of an associate or bachelor’s degree, and good communication and computer skills. This is a full-time position based out of the MIECHV Home Visitation office in Bluefield, WV.

Recovery Housing

Peer Recovery Support Specialist

CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for Recovery Support Specialist for the Recovery Housing Service program. Peer Recovery Support Specialists help remove personal and environmental obstacles to recovery, link the newly recovering person to the recovery community, and serve as a navigator and mentor in the management of personal and family recovery. Applicants are required to have a high school degree or GED; PRSS Certification from the West Virginia Certification Board for Addiction and Prevention Professionals; living experience with substance use challenges (history of criminal justice involvement preferred); involved with a personal support and/or recovery system; reside in stable, recovery-oriented housing the last six (6) months; have no legal involvement within the last six (6) months and/or pending legal issues; and no intensive behavioral health treatment involvement within the last six (6) months (including intensive services, crisis stabilization/detoxification services, residential treatment services and/or psychiatric hospitalization). Veterans are given priority consideration for this position. In addition, all applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation. This is a full-time position located in Bluefield, WV.

Right From The Start

Regional Care Coordinator

CASEWV, Inc. is accepting applications for two open positions of Regional Care Coordinator (RCC) for the Right From the Start (RFTS) Program which serves Medicaid-eligible pregnant and postpartum women throughout southeastern West Virginia. The two positions are located in Bluefield, WV (serving Region 1: McDowell, Mercer, Monroe, Raleigh, Summers, and Wyoming counties) and Rainelle, WV (serving Region 4: Braxton, Fayette, Greenbrier, Nicholas, Pocahontas, and Webster counties).

Applicants must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), be experience with high-level administrative tasks, and have a deep understanding of the local community and outreach opportunities. Established relationships with OBGYNs, pediatricians, and other healthcare providers preferred. The position will supervise office personnel, recruit and provide training and technical assistance to new Designated Care Coordinators (DCCs) and agencies, attend required meetings, and oversee the RFTS data system at the regional level.This is a full-time, exempt position with benefits including shared-cost health insurance and retirement plan.
