Providers
CASEWV is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Care Providers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Provider you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with personal care, housework, and transportation to doctor’s appointments. The ideal applicant will have a High School Diploma or GED, dependable vehicle, and valid driver’s license. Previous experience working with the home care field is preferred. Our clients are from all over Mercer County and providers' work will be in their clients' homes either on a part-time or full-time schedule. The Commission on Aging office and senior center is in Princeton, WV.
Head Start
Behavior Health & Disability Assistant
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Behavior Health & Disability Assistant. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of mental health and disabilities services and all related data within Head Start and Early Head Start program, as well as the monitoring and coordination of referrals and service provision for children with suspected and identified disabilities. The ideal applicant must have a High School Diploma and one-year teaching experience in an infant/toddler or early childhood classroom. Additional certifications in CDA credentials, state-awarded certificate (ACDS) that meets or exceeds the requirements for a CDA credential, or associate degree in Early Childhood Development is preferred. This is a full-time position located at New Hope Head Start Center in Princeton, WV.
Family Service Advocate
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking a resolute Family Service Advocate with a passion for helping local families and children. This position includes performing the necessary duties required to implement the Head Start Program’s Family and Community Engagement services; health services, services for children with disabilities, transition services, and services to enrolled pregnant women. Duties include, but are not limited to making home visits, recruiting children for the program, scheduling required health services and transporting children and families to needed services. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED. Within 18 months of hire, at a minimum, applicants must have a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field. This is a full-time position located at one of the three Mercer County Head Start locations.
Substitute Cook
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking dedicated substitute cooks to join our Head Start team. As a cook, you play a vital role in preparing food for children that meets daily requirements, record keeping, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen. The ideal applicant will have a High School Diploma or GED and preferably two years’ food preparation. This is a substitute position that will have you rotating at one of our three Mercer County Head Start locations, as needed.
MIECHV Home Visitation
Home Visitor
CASEWV is seeking an individual passionate about making a difference in the lives of families. The Home Visitor plays a crucial role in supporting families by providing in-home services that promote child development and family well-being. This position provides comprehensive child development services, in the home environment, including support of the parent / child relationship though education focused actives, home visits, group socialization, case management and family advocacy. The ideal applicants will have Home-Based Child Development Associate (CDA) or Apprenticeship for Child Development Specialist (ACDS) certification, or equivalent coursework as part of an associate or bachelor’s degree, and good communication and computer skills. This is a full-time position based out of the MIECHV Home Visitation office in Bluefield, WV.
Weatherization
Weatherization Technician
CASEWV is seeking two (2) dedicated crew members to join our Weatherization Program with a passion for helping families in Southeastern West Virginia. This position will perform weatherization services in eligible homes in Raleigh, Summers, Monroe, and Mercer counties. You are to perform weatherization program related duties on homes in an organized and effective manner under supervision. The ideal applicants will have a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and must be able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, work on roof and work in confined areas on low-income family homes. Experience in HVAC is a plus, but not necessary. You will be trained in weatherization labor skills. This is a full-time position out of the Raleigh County Weatherization Warehouse in Midway, WV.
WV Energy HER and HEAR
Program Coordinator
CASEWV is seeking a resolute and enthusiastic individual to head our WV Energy HER and HEAR Program. The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing, managing, and being the face of the program. You will serve as the agency's primary point of contact for the initiative, ensuring efficient program delivery, compliance with federal and state guidelines, and superior customer service. This role involves managing the end-to-end consumer application process, maintaining robust compliance, reporting procedures, and fostering collaborative relationships with community partners and stakeholders to expand the program's reach and impact. The ideal applicant will have a bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience, professional experience in program coordination or similar role and has demonstrated experience in customer service, compliance management, or stakeholder engagement. This is a full-time position located in Bluefield, WV.
Outreach Worker
CASEWV is seeking a resolute Outreach Worker with a passion for the local community. You will promote and recruit clients for our WV Energy HER and HEAR Program. In addition, you will support communications from in-house staff, send out customer satisfaction surveys, and conduct survey analysis. The ideal applicant will be a High School Graduate or above, knowledge of energy programs and nonprofit organizations a plus. This position is in Bluefield, WV.
Intake Specialist
CASEWV is seeking a dedicated Intake Specialist experienced in customer service for our WV Energy HER and HEAR Program. You will be on the front line with our clients, assisting them with the application process and providing support with questions along the way. The ideal applicant will have a high school diploma or GED, experience in customer service and data entry. This position is in Bluefield, WV.
