Information Technology (IT) Technician
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Technician to manage the organization's technology systems, provide technical support to staff, maintain network and data security, and ensure reliable operation of hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
Applicants must have an associate degree (bachelor's degree preferred) in information technology, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience. Two or more years of IT support and systems administration experience are required. This is a full-time position with benefits including shared-cost health insurance and retirement plan located in Bluefield, WV. Candidates must submit to background checks.
Wage Range: $30,000.00 -$40,000.00 Annually
Programs Assistant
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for a Programs Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and program support across the agency and will assist with day-to-day program operations at multiple sites.
Candidates should have, at minimum, a high school diploma or GED and have strong organizational skills, experience in office environments, computer literacy, be detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a full-time position with benefits including shared-cost health insurance and retirement plan located in Bluefield, WV. Candidates must submit to background checks.

Commission on Aging
In- Home Providers
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for In-Home Providers for the Commission on Aging Program to dutifully enhance the quality of life and care for Commission on Aging’s In-Home Care clients in Mercer County – assisting with personal care, housework, and transportation to appointments. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, have a dependable vehicle, and a valid driver’s license. Previous experience working in the home care field is preferred. This position is offered at part-time or full-time, scheduled depending on clients’ needs. Work will be conducted at clients' homes. The Commission on Aging office is located in Princeton, WV.

Right From The Start
Data Clerk
CASEWV is seeking applicants for Data Clerk to accurately enter and manage data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible for the Right from the Start program. Data Clerks participate in ongoing activities of data entry, record maintenance, and frequent communication with Designated Care Coordinators, DCC agencies, and other agencies when needed.
A high school diploma or GED is required. Strong organizational skills, experience in clerical work, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy is preferred. This is a full-time position located at the Right from the Start office in Rainelle, WV.
Wage Range: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Outreach Worker
CASEWV is seeking applicants for Outreach Worker to process referrals and provide outreach services for the Right From the Start program. Outreach Workers contact clients referred from partner agencies for participation in the Right Form the Start Program, establishing rapport with potential clients, nurses, social workers, community partners and medical providers and attending community events.
A high school diploma or GED is required. Effective communication skills, organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy is preferred. This is a full-time position located at the Right from the Start office in Rainelle, WV.
Wage Range: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
WV Home Energy Rebate
Outreach Specialist
CASEWV, Inc. is hiring an Outreach Specialist for its new Home Energy Rebate Program to provide direct education and networking opportunities for all program stakeholders throughout southeastern West Virginia. This position requires regular day travel and maintains documentation for all outreach initiatives - including logs, surveys, and workflow management. This position recruits and maintains communication with qualified clients, contractors, and community partners to support the program’s goals and objectives.
Candidates must possess, at minimum, a high school diploma and valid driver's license, have exceptional communication skills (written and oral), and have technical competencies to work within program software systems. This is a full-time position located in Bluefield, WV.
