Programs Assistant
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for a Programs Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and program support across the agency and will assist with day-to-day program operations at multiple sites.
Candidates should have, at minimum, a high school diploma or GED and have strong organizational skills, experience in office environments, computer literacy, be detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a full-time position with benefits including shared-cost health insurance and retirement plan located in Bluefield, WV. Candidates must submit to background checks.
Wage Range: $11.00 -$13.00 per hour
Commission on Aging
Administrative Registered Nurse
CASEWV is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve in an administrative / case management role who is passionate about ensuring that our community’s seniors receive excellent in-home care.
The Administrative RN will serve as Program Coordinator for the CASEWV Commission on Aging’s in-home programs (including lighthouse, personal care and Medicaid waiver). Responsibilities include home visits, annual and semi-annual assessments of current clients, creating a Plan-of-Care for clients, generating billing twice per month, completing reports as required, and providing training and supervision to all in-home caregivers. The ideal applicant must have an active RN license issued by the State of WV, five years’ experience with in-home programs, and knowledge of Medicaid billing. Prior supervisory and training experience is preferred. This is full-time position located at the CASEWV Commission on Aging Senior Center in Princeton, WV.

In- Home Providers
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for In-Home Providers for the Commission on Aging Program to dutifully enhance the quality of life and care for Commission on Aging’s In-Home Care clients in Mercer County – assisting with personal care, housework, and transportation to appointments. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, have a dependable vehicle, and a valid driver’s license. Previous experience working in the home care field is preferred. This position is offered at part-time or full-time, scheduled depending on clients’ needs. Work will be conducted at clients' homes. The Commission on Aging office is located in Princeton, WV.

Head Start
Maintenance Assistant
CASEWV Head Start is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support maintenance of all facilities, playgrounds, and parking areas for Head Start campuses in Mercer and Summer counties.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, valid driver’s license, and a minimum of one year experience in basic maintenance. Trade licenses and certifications (i.e. plumber’s license, HVAC certification, electrician) preferred.

WV Home Energy Rebate
Outreach Specialist
CASEWV, Inc. is hiring an Outreach Specialist for its new Home Energy Rebate Program to provide direct education and networking opportunities for all program stakeholders throughout southeastern West Virginia. This position requires regular day travel and maintains documentation for all outreach initiatives - including logs, surveys, and workflow management. This position recruits and maintains communication with qualified clients, contractors, and community partners to support the program’s goals and objectives.
Candidates must possess, at minimum, a high school diploma and valid driver's license, have exceptional communication skills (written and oral), and have technical competencies to work within program software systems. This is a full-time position located in Bluefield, WV.
