In- Home Providers
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for In-Home Providers for the Commission on Aging Program to dutifully enhance the quality of life and care for senior clients in Mercer County – assisting with personal care, housework, and transportation to appointments.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, have a dependable vehicle, and a valid driver’s license. Previous experience working in the home care field is preferred. Both part-time and full-time opportunities may be available. Work will be conducted in clients' homes.

Lead Driver
CASEWV is seeking applicants for a Lead Driver to coordinate and perform meal delivery and transportation services for Commission on Aging. This position regularly oversees the schedules of drivers, maintains required documentation, provides transportation and meal delivery, assist with meal preparation, general maintenance of vehicles, and custodial duties of facility.
Candidates must possess at minimum, a high school diploma or GED, a valid chauffeur license, good oral and written communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Princeton, WV.

Head Start
Family Service Advocate
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for Family Service Advocate to assist local families and children enrolled in the Head Start program in Mercer County. FSAs perform the necessary duties required to implement the Head Start Program’s Family and Community Engagement services, health services, services for children with disabilities, transition services, and services to enrolled pregnant women. Duties include making home visits, recruiting children for the program, scheduling required health services, and transporting children and families to needed services. A high school diploma or GED is required. Within 18 months of hire, at a minimum, applicants must have a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field. Substitute Cook
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for Substitute Cook to provide nutritious meals to children enrolled in the Head Start Program. Cooks prepare food for children that meets daily requirements, conducts record keeping, and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen. A high school diploma or GED is required and preferably two years’ experience in food preparation. Substitute Teacher
CASEWV is seeking applicants for Substitute Teachers to maintain continuity in the classroom when the regular teacher is absent for children enrolled in the Head Start Program in Mercer County. Substitute Teachers cooperate with the teacher or the assistant teacher to provide a safe and developmentally appropriate environment that promotes health, nutrition and optimal educational opportunities for participating children. Right From the Start
Regional Care Coordinator
CASEWV, Inc. is accepting applications for Regional Care Coordinator (RCC) for the Right From the Start (RFTS) Program which serves Medicaid-eligible pregnant and postpartum women throughout southeastern West Virginia. This position is located in Rainelle, WV (serving Region 4: Braxton, Fayette, Greenbrier, Nicholas, Pocahontas, and Webster counties). Applicants must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSN or a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a bachelor degree, be experience with high-level administrative tasks, and have a deep understanding of the local outreach opportunities. Established relationships with OBGYNs, pediatricians, and other healthcare providers preferred. The position will supervise office personnel, recruit and provide training and technical assistance to new Designated Care Coordinators (DCCs) and agencies, attend required meetings, and oversee the RFTS data system at the regional level.

Program Coordinator
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for Program Coordinator for the WV Home Energy Rebate Program. The Program Coordinator is the agency's primary point of contact for the initiative, ensuring efficient program delivery, compliance with federal and state guidelines, and superior customer service. This role involves managing the end-to-end consumer application process, maintaining robust compliance, reporting procedures, and fostering collaborative relationships with community partners and stakeholders to expand the program's reach and impact.
A bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience, professional experience in program coordination or similar role, and has demonstrated experience in customer service, compliance management, or stakeholder engagement is required. This is a full-time position located in Bluefield, WV.

Outreach Specialist
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking an outgoing, confident, and highly motivated Outreach Specialist for its Home Energy Rebates Program. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, initiating conversations, and is comfortable presenting to groups of varying sizes.
The primary responsibility of the Outreach Specialist will be to educate the public on the benefits of the program while recruiting applicants and contractors. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, exceptional verbal communication skills, and competence with computers and program software. Regular day travel throughout the program service area is required.

Weatherization
Weatherization Technician
CASEWV, Inc. is seeking applicants for Weatherization Technician to effectively complete home improvements under the Weatherization program for area families in southeastern West Virginia including Mercer, Monroe, Raleigh, and Summers counties. Technicians weatherize homes in an organized and effective manner.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, have valid driver’s license, be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, work on roofs and in confined areas in homes. Experience in HVAC is preferred. Training in weatherization labor skills will be provided. This is a full-time position based in Midway, WV.
